My expertise spans the entire spectrum of mortgage lending including Loan origination, processing, underwriting and closing procedures. I am well-versed in federal lending practices and regulations. I ensure compliance while navigating the nuances of various loan types, including conventional and government loans as well as specialized products such as VA, FHA, USDA, Jumbo, NON QM, UHNW.

In addition to my professional accomplishments I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent and a Certified 800-hour Hatha Yoga Therapist. A toll-free consumer hotline is available at 1-877-276-5550. The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed mortgage banker residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
